Every feature is unlocked for 7 days from the first time AntTake is opened on a device. The trial is free and ends by itself. You are not charged when it ends, and nothing renews unless you choose to subscribe.

The app becomes read-only. You can still open, view, export and share everything you have logged, and nothing is deleted. Creating and editing projects, cameras, rolls and takes requires a monthly or yearly subscription.

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AntTake and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. AntTake checks your subscription with the App Store when it starts.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by AntTake. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

All projects, cameras, rolls, takes and images are stored in a local database on your device. There is no account and no sign-in, and AntTake works without a signal on set.

Export the project as a .anttake file. It includes cameras, rolls, takes and images. Send it to the other device with AirDrop, Files or email, then import it in AntTake.

Whether AntTake data is included in your iCloud or computer backup depends on your device backup settings. For a copy you control, export a .anttake project file at the end of each shoot day.

They always should: both formats are built from the same row data and share the same column order. If you see a difference, email us the two files and we will look into it.

Check that the whole link was copied, including the part after the #. That part is the decryption key, and some apps cut it off. Web Links expire about 24 hours after they are created, and deleting the roll, camera or project also deletes the link. If a PIN was set, the viewer needs it too.

No. Reports and photos are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before upload, and the key exists only in the link. The server stores data it cannot read, so a lost link cannot be recovered. Create a new Web Link instead.
