Overview

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AntTake, a camera report and take logging app for film and video production. By downloading, installing, or using AntTake, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

License to Use

AntTake grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own production work, subject to these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the app itself, except where applicable law permits it.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the project data, camera reports, photos, and other content you create or import into AntTake ("Your Content"). AntTake does not claim ownership over Your Content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content, including its accuracy, and for any files you choose to export, share, print, or import through the app.

Web Links

AntTake can upload a camera report to a web page hosted by the developer and give you a link to it ("Web Link"). Web Links are optional and are only created when you choose to create one.

The link is the key. Web Link content is end-to-end encrypted, and the key that unlocks it is part of the link itself. Anyone who obtains the full link, and its PIN if one is set, can view the report, so share it only with people you trust. Because the developer cannot read Web Link content, the developer cannot recover a report, check what it contains, or tell you who has viewed it.

You are responsible for what you share. Before creating a Web Link, make sure you have the right and permission to share its content, including any photos, crew names, and production details, and that doing so does not breach any non-disclosure agreement, confidentiality obligation, or security requirement of your production, studio, or client.

No confidentiality guarantee. Web Links are not designed or certified for confidential, pre-release, or security-sensitive studio content. AntTake takes reasonable steps to protect Web Links, including end-to-end encryption, but does not guarantee that content shared through them will remain confidential or secure. Do not use Web Links for any production whose security requirements prohibit uploading material to third-party services.

Anyone who has a Web Link, and its PIN if one is set, can view the report, and may save, screenshot, or forward it. AntTake cannot control or recall copies made by viewers.

Web Links are temporary. A Web Link is deleted about 24 hours after it is created, and you can delete it sooner from the app — deleting the roll, camera, or project it shows, or your profile, deletes it too. Web Links may be removed or become unavailable earlier, including if they breach these Terms. They are not a backup of Your Content.

You grant AntTake a limited, non-exclusive license to store the content of a Web Link, in encrypted form, and to deliver it to the browsers of people who open the link, solely to provide the Web Link feature, for as long as the Web Link exists.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AntTake to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying code.
• Circumvent or interfere with in-app purchase or entitlement mechanisms.
• Upload or share, through Web Links, content that is unlawful, that you do not have the right to share, or that contains malware.
• Abuse, overload, or use the Web Link service as general file hosting.

Purchases

Free trial. AntTake can be used in full for 7 days from the first time it is opened on a device. The trial is free and ends by itself: you are not charged when it ends, and nothing renews unless you choose to subscribe.

Subscriptions. After the trial, creating and editing projects, cameras, rolls, and takes requires an active monthly or yearly subscription. Without one, the app stays usable read-only: you can still open, view, export, and share everything you have logged, and nothing is deleted.

Billing and renewal. Subscriptions are purchased through, billed by, and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under that platform's own terms. The price is shown in the app before you buy. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.

Cancelling. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are handled by the applicable app store platform, not directly by AntTake.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AntTake is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

AntTake does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will never occur. You are responsible for backing up Your Content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AntTake and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, production files, or profits arising from your use of the app.

This includes any unauthorized access to, disclosure of, or leak of content that you choose to share through Web Links, or any consequence of sharing it, including under agreements you have with your production, studio, or client.

Termination

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page will be changed when the Terms are updated. Continued use of AntTake after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

คุณตกลงที่จะไม่ใช้ AntTake เพื่อ:

การซื้อ

ทดลองใช้ฟรี คุณสามารถใช้ AntTake ได้ครบทุกฟีเจอร์เป็นเวลา 7 วันนับจากครั้งแรกที่เปิดแอปบนอุปกรณ์ การทดลองใช้ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายและสิ้นสุดลงเอง คุณจะไม่ถูกเรียกเก็บเงินเมื่อสิ้นสุดการทดลองใช้ และจะไม่มีการต่ออายุใด ๆ เว้นแต่คุณเลือกสมัครสมาชิก
